Delivery

We deliver all across India. Products are generally dispatched in 7-15 working days depending upon the product you have ordered.

For our She Wolf collection, we offer a convenient partial payment option. To secure your order, you have to pay ₹250 now, with the remaining balance due on delivery via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note, there is not a full COD option, as the initial ₹250 payment is required upfront. Thank you for choosing us!

Exchange and Return Policy

We do not have "Money Refund" Policy.

Size Exchange

Size exchange is free. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Whole process takes 10-12 working days 

Note on Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is free. But if you change the same product for the second time then we do charge you Rs 250 for the second exchange/return. 

If product is not available in the size for which you want to exchange, Credit note will be shared.

Returns

If you don't like the product or it's fit, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the pickup and exchange, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

You will be given a credit note of the product value of the returned product. The credit note will reflect in the "My Account" section after logging in. Second time Return is not available (Products ordered from store credit are not returned again, size exchange can be done Rs 250 is applied)

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.

Refund Policy

We do not have "Money Refund" Policy. If you wish to return the product in case you don't like it, we can provide you with a store "credit note" that can be used for future purchases on our website (Valid for 2 months). Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged. 

Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you’ll need to share the photos and videos while opening the package we are still providing the product exchange which is completely free, but if you will proceed with the return of the product, in that scenario as well Rs.100 will be charged. 

Once order placed, cancellation is not available under any circumstances as brand has no refund policy. 

Credit note will be issued on the amount you have paid after deducting Rs 100, Discounts/ Coupons used in first order will not be used in second order.

Our goal is to make the size exchange process as convenient as possible while ensuring a fair and sustainable approach. By introducing a nominal return fee for product return, we can continue to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service.
